so we got a new kitchen counter and i use to skateboard on it but i think if i cut it in the middle i should have a like a 5ft box rail. I need help on building my drop in and jump. any thoughts on how i can do this with little money spent

umm, find some pallets, you could use a bungee cord tow in, you could use a fourwheeler/snowmobile tow in. there are a number of things, go looking through big garbage containers for wood, look at construction sites.
