Sessions krueger jacket

Im looking for a new rain jacket and I was looking at the Sessions Krueger jacket. Does anybody have it? Is it more of a rain jacket or a winter coat?
 
They have a regular and a softshell in the Kreuger model. The softshell is obviously more of a casual / streetwear jacket. As for the regular one, I had it for a few days last season. Not the best quality, but it kept me warm and dry. It was pretty cheap in price, so I'd recommend it.

Oh, and I'm wearing it in my profile picture....
