Ohhh snap, so i rented 1242 from netflix the other day. I got it today, damn!!!!!! The whole movie was UBER sick. I know im like 2 years behind, but fuck that, im poor and couldnt find it. But damn! soooo goood!

1242 still stands as the best ever just because of the quality of the skiing and the movie and at which time it was made. Think of it, Pep's segment has the biggest and smoothest switch powder landings ever and this was at a time that no one (except for Marc Andre) was landing switch. I just think that just because of when this movie was made and still being able to compete with some of the best movies of today, makes it the greatest movie ever.
