Serious Problem....

Well i enjoy making edits, and ive been using windows movie maker for a while now and it sucks ass. But i downloaded Adobe Premier 2.0 free trial off the internet and its really slow and nothing it fast on the program even though i just got a brand new computer for christmas. I ve been trying to solve this problem for like days and now im starting to get really pissed. All the new programs i get are slow !

Could someone pleaaaase suggest something i could do. anything. Or even some other programs with information where i can get them. Please i reaaaaallly need help. Thanks.
 
well you have the minimum RAM for DV editing which is 512 MB and you need 2GB for HD editing which would slow you down a crapload. The RAM could also be why your comp is so slow with everything else.

Or if its refubished like the link then it could have been broken before
 
k thats what i was thinking the problem was, it was gay how it only came with 512 mb of RAM but its pretty inexspensive to upgrade, thats what ill do. time to go jib my backyard peace.
