Serious pop up problems

thanks ns for the movie First! it was amazing and so were the songs. So when I went on limewire to find some of them I ended up clicking on something tht wasnt a song at all. it downloaded at the speed of light and instantly i started getting pop ups. as i write this i have 21 pop ups and counting. could anyone help me out with how to get rid of them?
