someone wanna step by step tell me how to make a siquence from a vidio?and do u use photoshop for that cause i have cs

I can do them using paint only.
You play the video in a player of your choice, and press PRINT SCREEN twice.
For some reason it takes a couple times for the video image to be captured.
Then you go into paint and paste it, take the next frame you want to use, do the same thing in a separate paint window, crop the skier and surroundings you still want, paste it accordingly next to the previous one so it lines everything up.
And keep going until the last frame.

heres a really basic description:
1. make pictures from your video using your video capture program
2. make a background box in photoshop
3. lay daw 2 pictures
4. erase and bleand edges
5. do it for all of them
if that makes any sense
