Seller might have shipped to the wrong place.

So I bought a hoodie off newschoolers and I checked the tracking today because today was the estimated delivery day. It was at my campus's post office in the morning where it was supposed to be, but when I checked it later, USPS says it was delivered to a different town near my campus. I gave the right shipping address to the seller and messaged him about it just now. I gave all the correct information to the seller and have the message history to prove it. I'll give him a week to respond but is there anything I can do about this for now?

Bought a hoodie to be shipped to my campus dorm, hoodie was delivered somewhere else.

Thankfully I did paypal goods and services and added fees instead of gifting, if the situation escalates to that. Which it probably wont since the guy is VERY well known on ns
 
SHIPPING PROBLEMZmy skis were shipped from toronto to my dorm in madison, but they're held up at the border. it's the SECOND TIME this has happened. and my friend in the same dorm had a computer delivered to him today but the office that receives packages wasn't open so he wasn't able to get it today
 
I was going to call USPS customer service but that has to wait till after labor day. But I'm pretty sure they aren't going to drive to the guys house and ask for the package back. I was pretty stoked to get my package today only to find out USPS delivered to some rando whos probably shitting himself over a free hoodie.
 
ya my friend that i just traded with has the same problem. I have the right address on the receipt, but numbers got switched around. So instead of being delivered in salt lake its being delivered in Ogden, utah. USPS is starting to fuck up big time.
 
usps blows.... ups all day. ive shipped proabbly 50-60 times with ups and not 1 problem... cant say the same for usps though. they fuck up a lot
 
Shouldn't they realize that something isn't right by the name thats on the damn thing?

I also tried searching my address in the town they delivered to and it doesnt exist. So who knows what usps was thinking.
 
Anything that is shipped to your door even if it is not yours by law you can keep with no penalties. Kinda like masturbating on a plane not illegal just frowned upon
 
Awwww that blowsssss. Hope it gets figured out. Just hope that whoever gets the hoodie thinks its hideous and returns to sender.
