Hello,
My name is Collin Wheeler and I am interested in an internship position for Summer 2015. I am currently employed at Down Wind Sports in Marquette, Mi as a sales associate, ski technician, and marketing coordinator. I accepted this position because of the emphasis on sale and market research skills. I have also been previously employed with Boyne Resorts as a retail employee. My experience at Down Wind Sports has provided me the opportunity to become familiar with current ski and bike market trends, sales, event planning, and some buying experience. I will be graduating from Northern Michigan University with a major in Outdoor Recreation Leadership and Management and a minor in Marketing. While studying in this field I have been able to use the information gathered at my position job at Down Wind Sports for increased sales, marketing plans, and event planning.
I consider my greatest skills and knowledge base to be:
