Seasonal work in glacier, MT

Gonna be out there this summer for the first time, just wondering if anybody ever worked at St. Mary’s village before on here and what that shit it like. It’s pretty remote from what I’ve been told. I’ll be moving out there by car and gonna be spending some time in Colorado, Montana before the season starts so if anyone want to keep this lonely idiot some company, first beers on me.

Find a nice bike so you can bike up to Logan’s pass. Your gonna be in the less busy side on the park which is nice but it is remote.

Not a big issue if like to hike and camp. Cellular sucks for everyone on the east side of park so hope your not attached to your phone.

If your making plans to spend the winter in whitefish start looking for rentals now.

There is some snow on logan pass, but i will more than likely make a few trips to hood, because of the wonderful ticketing system to get up Logan pass.

Hey anyone been in the park recently?

I see that you have to get a special pass to do going to the sun road. They are checking fir passes 6am-5pm.

Anyone know if they are blocking the road before 6am or after 5pm?

Also has anyone been skiing Logan’s pass?

So they just opened up going to the sun road fully and right now you need a reservation still I believe but after 5pm it’s free entry.

Logan pass just opened up on Tuesday as well so people are starting to swarm in, so if you do have a reservation for that day show up early as shit because the entrance into the park for east glacier was backed up for about a mile. I will be going to check out Logan’s pass within the next few days and if it’s decent I’ll be getting my skis shipped out!

Couldn’t tell ya, I haven’t had an issue with getting in due to the fact I have a pursuit employee badge and they just let me in.

im sure if worse comes to worse I live right by going to sun road so if you scoop me up I could just show them my pass at anytime and that would work and just pull over on the side of the road and I’ll hop out for uno joint
