Searching

What the hell has happened to the searchbar on here? I have been going through a bit of a skiing renaissance and spending a lot more time on NS than I have in probably 6 or 7 years - to find that searching for even a simple one word thread or video yields garbage results.

Im sure this has been brought up, but of course when I went to search for a thread on it, nothing.

Has this in fact been addressed? What happened to being able to:

1) get actualy results with the search term in the: thread name, video title, etc

2) being able to sort and filter results

Honestly, your best bet is to try our Google search. Search what you're looking for in our search bar, then click the Google tab on the far right. That often gets you better results

just type in : newschoolers + the key words i am searching with into google and it works 500x better

yep, ive found this too. Just a shame because back in the day the searchbar was actually quite good and helpful
