Scroll Bar for Pictures

so i dont know if this is an ns wide problem but for some reason, when i open a picture in a forum or the pictures section, i cant see the entire picture most of the time. it gets kind of annoying when the picture looks sick small tehn i go to make it big and i cant see the thing. i dont know if this problem is fixable or what but its a day to day problem i see.

i was justttt thinking about this today, i usually just click it, then drag the picture to the URL bar and you can see the whole thing there, but its moore convienant if it scrolled down, i can scroll sideways though
