first day using it today, came home to look at the videos and picss but the pics are just blurry beyond recognization, and the video plays for a bit but then freezes with weird colors on the top portion of the screen, the camera itself actualy froze like 5 times, is this covered by warrenty?

note: on quicktime player when it freezes the top half of the screen goes twitchy with random colors

wow thats really weird. when you said it froze do you mean that in a literal sense ie. the popsicle froze, or was it like how a computer freezes?

you might be able to send it back and get a new one... your best bet is to call or email the company (im pretty sure it gives you theyre contact info on the manual sheet that comes with it at the very bottom.

pretty sure stills don't really work when moving, haven't tried though yet. as for the video, if probably has something to do with your software or computer.

by freeze i ment that it the screen would stay the same with the red light on, and it wouldnt stop, didnt respond to pushing the buttons, to reset it i had to take the battery out and put it back in, i took about 5 videos and only 2 showed up on the computer the one i posted and blurry garbage.

that might be caused by the memory card.

i ve had some memory card issues, videos not rec ect...

just take another brand of memory card and check it.
