should i bother getting the scratch bc if i live in the east? because i can get a killer deal on them and im wondering if a fat twin would just suck out here, plus i would be using it mostly for park, thanks and pc

ya you should go for it, especially if you can get a good deal on them, i got my BCs with s912 bindings for 500 all new. alot of people ski only fat twins, even in the park, and if you get the chance to go anywhere in the west where there is alot of snow, you will be glad to have them.

 
ya i dont really find them to fat for the park they seem pretty nice.. on ice they arent the best but who wants to ski ice anyway. they just suck for gogin fast on other than that i like them

btw, powder is a dream. I skied on em in whistler, almost everywhere, went on spankies ladder with em, just beautiful, even tho i think i was nearing the skis limitations

Plenty of people ski fats in the east. If the Karhu Jak (read: Line Mothership) can serve as the 'one ski quiver,' I'm sure the Scratch BC can as well.
