Scratch BC Mounting

Yo, just hooked up a pair of the mean new Rossi BC's. Just wondering where ya'll think is best to mount 'em? They gots the two different centre boot marks. I will be using them for probably 80% Backcountry rippin' and huckin, 20% on the ski field and a bit in the park. Got my Line's for park and pipe so they won't see a heap of that and definatley won't be touching rails. Where should I mount them? Forward or back and will it really make much difference?

Come on man i thought you were somewhat of a knowledgeable skier...obviously if you are going to be skiing mostly big mtn with them you should mount them farther back....

I was more wondering if it would really make that much of a difference

80% BC and you already have a pair of park skis? mount them fuckers back on the second line

what up timmah' looks like your getting quite the quiver of skis, ya 80%, they will float better on the back line.... unless you wanna ski switch in the pow pow?

It'll make very little difference. You can go either way.

If you really want a pair of powder-specific skis, mount your scratch BCs back of the second line.

For what it's worth, I couldn't make up my mind when I mounted mine, so I split the difference and mounted between the two lines.

go for the forward cause i think you'll be able to handle the extra tail length in the pow no problems. The forward mounting helps for landing and riding switch in pow and jumping
