Scott skis

I got some 181 P4's from 08-09, and I love them. They are my everyday ski, and were in SD, not alot of powder. But groomers and shit are fine if your not a moron. Bases are pretty strong, but topsheets stronger than any ski i've seen before. Kind of stiff at first but put about 30 days on them and they get softer, just wish they had rocker.
 
Tom Wallisch uses them. I bet you didn't know that.
Seriously though, what model are you looking at? What do you ski? What is your ability level? Your height and weight? We need more info...
 
Get the Dozer or Mega Dozer. For 3 years the P4 was my daily driver, then came the Dozer and Mega Dozer, softer, more fun, and tip and tail rocker. Needless to say my P4's are collecting dust

Im just getting started in skiing and was just doing reseach on all the skiing brands to see whos the best and whos not. Im going skiing tomorrow for my first time (im a snowboarder) so i think that i can pick it up pretty quick. I was just trying to get some feedback on them thats all.
 
I have p3 and punishers. both are solid. I don't do a crap tone of rails but a fair amount. I prefer the tighter radius because I like sharpness and I think it helps a dull edge turn on ice better.
 
Yeah, i've never heard anything bad about them. Keep looking around though. I'm kind of surprised Scott came up first for you
 
got a p4 myself, fucked it up pretty badly with a broken and delaminated tip and a binding ripout, not scott's fault(broken and delam due to crashing into a rail was my own fault and binding ripout was my shop's)
i fixed both those problems myself and after 3y the ski is still going strong and easily my most versatile ski, especially for charging it's great !
i think scott skis deserves more recognition from the freeski world !
 
scott's are badass. the new mega dozer slays pow lines and the punisher is a sweet all mountain that also kills it in the park. can't go wrong
