December 19 Ski Roundtop will host the Scion Jib Jam obviously sponsored by Scion! Basic details

Registration 5-6:15PM if there are any late comers coming from mountains far away, we can work something out.

Jam will start at approximately 6:45.

10Bucks to enter, free stuff and prizes going out to riders and participants. Helmets and waivers required.

The setup is to be determined but in the past Roundtop Rail jams have gone off. We will be building or finding new stuff to jib :)

Setup is going to be like nothing we have had before, should be fun!

i might be there too, my exams end the day before. Quick question: will the jam site be closed during the day and only be open for the contest? basically, can we ride the set up before the comp? thanks

ok, so that was a bad question i asked, as it had different answers. so let me rephrase it: will the comp set up be open to ride during the day?

No the setup will only be available to ride for the comp. The bottom feature wouldn't be allowed in Incubator normally so we can only have it for the comp.

Bump and yup, Bunker HIll will be opening this weekend so that will most likely have a couple rails and 2 jumps. Incubator will also have 2-3 features open for the public.

Is the upcoming rain going to ruin it or is it on nomatter what? Any idea of the exact features because one thing that I heard I doubt you will be able to get enough snow.

The Quarter pipe idea with the rail connecting the two basically is going down the drain. The rain killed the snow we were going to use. However we still are going to put the jam on. Most likely we are going to have a fdf box and a few other goodies involved. I am done with finals on thursday so we are going to brainstorm thursday afternoon and set them in that night.

THE JAM IS STILL ON unless it thunders and stuff

well, the new date sounds good assume that Roundtop doesn't close again DUE TO SNOW!!!!!

What kind of ski area closes because of snow???

Really ? Ya think so? I know a bunch of people who said it snowed up ther ethe whole time.

what kind of fuking ski area closes for SNOW???

Its not looking like we should get a lot of rain.

Setup as of now: DFD Rail, FDF Box, Downrail or box, tire bonk and a quarterpipe with a butterbox setup coping style.
