School Shooting Threat

Two days ago, somebody posted on 4chan that there were going to take their dads SMG and shoot up my high-school before killing themselves. The police are on it and school has been cancelled for a day. Personally i think its fake, a bored asshole who wants to get a reaction out of people, but nevertheless you have to take these things seriously.

My question to you is, do you think its a hoax?

haahaha I've joked about this when I thought I was going to fail exams. never been retarded enough to go through with it.

My cousin was telling me that in his small town some kid kept calling in bomb threats to his school and surrounding buildings every thursday for like 5 weeks so that they would cancel a dance or something.
 
why are you all so fast to jump to the conclusion that its fake?

contact parents, find out whoever owns that gun. take the kid out

btw your hypothetical situation is nothing like this one. Yours actually involves killing people.
 
didn't the aurora shooter make a post somewhere on 4chan before the shootings? Can't remember if that was fake or not.
 
I think 4chan posted a fake screenshot of 9gag saying that he was going to do it, but it wasn't real and 4chan just wanted 9gag to look retarded or something.
 
Because if this is a scam (which it is), and he pulls it off (which he probably won't), it's fucking clever. I'll stand by that no matter what flack some kid on this website wants to make me pretend I should care about.
 
It's not a matter of it being real or not, it's a matter of it being a threat. If it's fake, it's illegal, and if it's real and he does it, it's even more illegal. It's just best not to take the chance of the latter happening.
 
Someone who is 100% going to shoot up a school isnt gonna cry about it on the internet. They will simply show up in the morning and start capping.

Did the guy who shot up Virginia Tech whine like a little bitch to a bunch of people on facebook? Hell No, that motherfucker just took some pictures of himself with his guns and then commited the worst school shooting in US history. The highscore of 32 is yet to be broken.

So If someone tells you that theyre going to shoot up a school its either a cry for help or they are just full of shit.
 
you are aware that he was an incredibly disturbed individual from the get go.... like writing on middle/highschool assignments that he wanted to recreate the columbine shootings, and was kicked out of his university classes to be one on one taught by the dean after some of his fucked writing scared people
