last week i had a special course so i missed a bunch of school. if i hadn't done that i'd be skiing right now

Do you care about school?

Do you wish to have a financially successful life?

Do you value school more than skiing?

If you answered no to at least 2 of these questions, then skip school.

Here was my solution to this problem.

In 10th grade I left my school and started online school. I would then drive to the resort most mornings and bring my laptop and what I needed. I would finish about 3 classes by 9:30am. Then I would go out and make laps until noon. I would come in and eat and finish the rest of my work by about 2pm and spend the rest of the evening skiing.

This college sh#t doesn't work that way though.

bro if there is snow you have to go skiing. you only have one life so might as well spend it on the slops not stuck in a classroom full of miserable kids! although 3 inches is not that much skiing is still the best thing on earth so i would say go for it! i have fairly good grades and go to school almost everyday but when there is skiing in the equation there is no way i am going to school.

I'd love to skip school, but taking 3 AP courses and being in 11th grade, skipping school is a death. I have to make up all the material, then do about 6 hours of homework.

The only time i'd ever skip school is if I was pooping out my eyeballs and seeing through my butt hole, because anything less and it just isn't worth it.

So yea...

I skipped 15 days last year to ski and was in AP classes my senior year and didnt get a grade below and 85... either you're slow or go to a concentration camp

My motivation for school has been so bad since I became really into skiing and especially once all the ski films have come out this season haha

If I had 3 inches of snow I'd drop out for sure. Maybe I'll just drop out hoping that will make it snow.

Seems like a good plan

Also what grade are you in?

My highschool chart was like this

Freshman year- Skied normally for the most part. Skipped a day or two

Sophomore year- skipped a lot in the early season. Then I had to cut back.

Junior- no room for skipping. People told me I should've quit skiing, but hell naw

Senior- skipped around 40 days. No regrets
