Scared on the Tramp

So about two weekends ago i could land misty 5s, lincolns, and frontflips on the trampoline. Then last weekend i attempted a lincoln (i could basically land them every time) and completely fell of the trampoline on to the ground.It looked something like this:

So basically i flipped sideways while moving forward... I tried again and landed on the padding but it still hurt.So now i whenever i try any invert besides a frontflip i get really scared and pussy out.Is there any way to overcome this fear and just go back to being able to do lincolns and mistys again?
 
You just got to go for it agin to get over the fear. If i ever fall on something on a tramp i have to do it right away after that or i know i will be too scared
 
It's all in your head man. Concentrate on how you used to set the flip and then throw it just like that. You simply need to overcome your fear of falling by just throwing another one. Once you throw another one, even if you don't land it, your confidence will be right back where it was and then you'll be stomping all sorts of flips again.
 
the reason you moved in teh air while doing the flip is because you set the trick to early. If you went forward you must have come off of your toes too much. What you need to do is stay balanced on both feet, and start the flip after you're in the air (obviously not too long after you leave ground). This happend to me with backflips a few years ago, and I just concentrated on flipping after i left the ground and it fixed the whole thing.
 
Man. You gotta pretend that you got all your friends there with you and just fisuallize it and throw it. I always do better when I have the pressure of my friends, so maybe get them over for a practice session or something.
 
When I usually bailon a trick in a scary way. I just get back up and do it again as soon as possible. Otherwise I think too much about it and then never have the guts to retry. But I guess that tip is too late for your case. So just do it. no other solution.
 
yeah it does. usually when you fall off its because you didnt land properly, but the net will hold you back
 
i hate falling off tramps, it's not that it hurts but it just sucksjust get a net like everyone else saysalso jump up and then do your trick, don't use the takeoff to get momentumfor example on a lincoln jump straight up and then do the lincoln, don't jump to the side in order to get momentum for the rotation
 
I had to try like 10 times before i got my first frontflip and it hurt like hell when i would hit the knuckle and under rotate but you just have to commit and grow a pair haha
 
I have occasional fears like this. You just have to do it and you will get more comfortable. It wont just happen. Go for it. Commit. Think about what your doing, and keep on doing the trick. The more you do the trick the more confident/comfortable you'll be.
