Is there a way I can restore the shape? I'm bored today and thought that might be a good little project.

stick it in the dryer for 12 minutes, then put it in ice cold water for 30 seconds, after that put it back in the dryer for 2 minutes and reshape it.

Could that be used to stretch them too? I have a few flexfit fitted hats that are a bit too small (7 5/8 and i need about 7 3/4) that I would like to stretch

well are they flexfit or fitted? if they're flexfit, it's elastic, which is stretchy in nature. if it's fitted, they only way i know is to tear out some seams.

Flexfit will naturally stretch over time, unless its way too small.
