Salomon warranty

i have the salomon suspects and they say they do not cover if hit with a sharp edge but i was talking to this old salomon rep and she said they will take them since they have had alot of people complain about the top sheet. Can anyone back that up and do you know if i can just get my money for them or will they just give me a new pair to do the same thing to?

yea i mean salomons quality is pretty shitty from the start. Normally their warranty wont cover your skis for topsheet damage, but if you have connections with a rep, thats a whole different story. They can pull strings and make stuff happen
