right now i have a pair of 1080s the 05 model gray on bottom black on top, and was wondering if any one has any helpful suggestions or comments about the SPK. i am looking for a soft park boot nothing else! and from what i have read the SPK is king of that category. thanks for your comments

Yes, and insoles is a key point, I put some aftermarket ones in mine, the stock ones basically suck.

when your rideing wiht spk's never put the little liner cinch thing in the boot cause it will eat your shin like a hungry cat

ya go for the kaos, the only differrence between the koas and the pro is the flex and the heel insert, the flex on the koas is like 90 or 100 and the flex on the pro is ten more so its either 100 or 110, and the heel insert on the koas is foam and on the pro its gel, i think unless you need the stiffness the koas is a much smarter buy, i personally have never bruised or hurt my heels skiing, (its possible but not probable) and the leather is not 100 bucks cool

If u got a wide foot snag some spk's. size down 2 sizes from your shoe size. and why do you want soft boots? get the pros from last year if u can find some its only a 100 flex and u get the toe pad.
