Has anyone ridden the Salomon TNT here? Is it any good? What do you think of it durability wise? And is it value for money?

Definitely not my first choice for a park ski but am buying in bulk for my universities ski club and we have been offered a great deal on these but I am wary at the extremely low price. I'm afraid they might be awful and we will regret it and should have just gone for the NFX. Any recommendations at all welcome.
 
haven't skied them myself but I only heard bad things about the old versions. However, they ended up giving it a full wood core (instead of the synthetic in the previous iteration), a titanal layer, and thicker edges so maybe the new version is better? I now realize that doesn't help much at all, but oh well.
