Salomon ski decision Suspect or 2012 ?

Well im going to buy some ski next season and i have to command them next week. So im debating between the 2012, the suspect and the pro pipe ( all 2011/2012 wich are the same as this year ,i think ). Since i have huge discount whit salomon (cost - 30%) i dont want any other brands. Im 5'10 and 150 lbs or so. I ski 60/40 allmountain/park. I prefer to ski nice snow whit some trees, but i go like 2 hours a day in the park. I would consider me as a intermidiate/advanced skier, I have the old blue dumont for park and pre-season and some JJ's for powder. I want something stiff ( not too much ), but still buttery. So which one is better for all mountain and some park ? which one will be the best for Carving? I will mount them whit sth14 drivers.
 
thank you +k for all, btw my old dumont are bombproof 3rd season on them. I dont ski hard so the durability is not a issue
 
there's the thing, do you have the blue dumonts, the ones that are cap construction without edge armor? cause thats why, those were great. nowadays, not so much.
 
yes i have the blue one whit the nice sunshine on them. Those ski are so good. Salomon should remake them, or at least a cap construction ski whitout the edge armour....
 
You pretty much descrided the 2012, not to stiff, good all over the mountain, and no edge armor and way better durability, I love mine and would definitley reccomend them!
 
Yeah I would go with the 2012's. There so much fun and hold up really well, just as well as my tanners from his season. The graphics look much better next year too. I would say there like a 6.5 flex wise but where they really come into there own is carving, there so lively. Also I way prefer them to my tanners for rails and boxes but the tanners are a bit better on jumps.
 
Thank, and i dont hit jump over 40 feet so they will hold up great i think. For the size, 179cm seem perferct, or should i buy the 171 cm ? And the last question, where to mount them? I was thinking of -1.5cm but douglas say to moint them at center.
 
Not gonna lie try looking into the pro pipe, id think it would rip all mtn cause of the edges and the base. But I'm not sure cause I've never tried any salomon skis. Just an idea and something to look into.
