Salomon Shogun in park?

uhhhh... i don't know about that. salomon park skis had issues with durability, don't know how their pow skis would hold up.

Shoguns have a similar shape and flex to the Line Blends (older ones without rocker), and I know I've seen a few Salomon riders rinding them in the park (Moxham for sure, he was riding them a little at Windells last year) and it looked really fun. I wouldn't use them as my everyday park ski, but it could be a really good ski to have for all-mountai riding that ventures into the park every now and then.

Actually, you are incredibly wrong basically in every regard.

They are stiffer flexing than a lot of skis, but are by no means a super stiff ski. Not to mention that stiff flexing is a good thing. They a relatively light ski for it's size/ relative competition.

I loved the ski. One of the best all mountain skis (in the ~100mm width) i've been on.

I wouldn't buy it to use for park/pipe, but it's not terrible if you end up there with it on your feet.

For something which is pretty good all over, yet still performs in the park/pipe, check the Line Blend.
