Aside from the sarcastic responses on this thread, it’s not a great idea. Skis are manufactured for a specific purpose. QST 99s (and the whole QST line) are all-mountain/freeride skis. They don’t have twin tips. The QST 118 has some heavy tail rocker for easy release and turn initiation, it is not a twin tip (even though people ski it like it is). The QST 99 has far less tail rocker, and the tail is not turned up like a traditional twin tip. The camber is also moved back quite far on the ski, hence the recommended mount of -9. If you move the bindings past the center of the camber, you will be fighting the ski to do what you want. Park skis usually aren’t too expensive anyway, grab a pair that are designed for park, you’ll have a much better time. Try not to just look at what’s cheapest, even though it’s tempting.
