Salomon Lord?

So I heard the new salomon lord was replacing the foil, is this true? I love my foils that I have at the moment and i'm looking to replace them next year. I was considering the Line Prophet 90 or the salomon lord as a go anywhere-do-anything ski which one is a better choice? I really like how my foils ski and was wondering what would be better for an all around ski the salomon lord or the prophet 90.

not sure dude i mean prophets are solid skis but the new salomons are wood core so it might be better and more long lasting im in the same boat as u im gunna wait till like december so i can demo some

lords are bomb-ass. they plow through whatever with their mini rocker. i think that they would be better then the prophet 90s for all around skiing. plus they are probably alot lighter. overall, they rip everywhere, in all types of snow. and i donno if it matters but they are more of a directional twin.

i saw someone riding them at meadows last week, but i didn't have a chance to talk to them about them so, its not really helpful at all.

The Lord's blow. They claim rocker, but it isn't there. If you can't even see it, you aren't going to feel it.

Prophets are a good ski.

i didnt like the lords when i skied them. they were ok in fresh, but i didnt like them in chop as the day went on. i was happier riding thugs on the same day, same conditions. in reality, i think the prophet 100 is the better of the prophet skis, and would slay the lords. or even think blends if u want something softer. the sidewall on them is like two or three times thicker than anything else on the market (construction looks so bomber) and really slay just about anything on the mountain, except maybe deep pow

Basically, i'm looking for an all mountain ski that can handle any snow but also something that is sick to carve on groomers. I will be doing abit of off piste stuff but nothing major.

im so in love with that ski, but have no need for it what-so-ever. they look gorgeous with the stained wood grain and all.

that being said, think maybe bc/brigade/s5, fischer misfit, prophet 90/100, blend, kung fujas, obsethed, gun, jjs. thats all in the 95-105 underfoot ballpark and will ride well in varied conditions

Just get some Prophet 100's they are better skis then either the 90 or the Lords. the lords are basically a foil with a wood core. and they are salomon so they probably have shitty durability. If your a pussy and scared of the width on the 100's just get some big troubles instead, way better ski then the 90 or Lords. Not going to break on you either.
