I have been on them for a while and they are wood core and fatter than the Regular Gun that is greay in colour for next year. The Gun Lab is baby blue and skis super sick at speed and is amazing when hucking big mountain airs and or jibbing in the park. The Design is a little different lookign than the Regular Gun but both are super sick. And yes all lab skis are wood core and well worth the $$ you pay for them. The Foils are also sick and are crazy stable for anything.

Huck it and Giver, Don't turn unless stuff gets in your way.

Here is a pic, The Gun S Lab is a hand built ski thus why it cost so much to make and sell. Very few get made for the public and are very hard to come by. If you buy them with a binding most places will try to give you a deal, just call or email them. They should be in the states around early September.

They are mspr'ed at 1000 but I heard earlier when the initial release came out on them they wouldn't retail for nearly as much.

MSP is 1150 and then the store figures out where to sell it from there. Most places if you call will give you a break if you buy a binding with it.

If you ever had the chance to ski it you would see why. It is still a hand built ski and not to mention that it is one of the best powder skis I have ever skied, not to mention it still rips when you get on piste. I love wood core skis don't get me wrong, but you have to remember that foam has come a long way in the past few years. I am not saying it is not expensive, but when only 50 are being brought in the country you can imagine that hand producing that few of a ski is expensive. If they produced 20000 than the ski would cost much less to build.
