Waterproofing on both the pants/jacket is nothing really, 2,000mm. The large would fit you baggy but not way huge, freeworld large is like most companies medium. Straps are expert/race ones.

Guessing the freestyle ones are one elastic band, these are the 2 band ones..just a bit stiffer feel.

might sound like a retard but i dont really get what a boster strap does. i know what it is but

With the regular power straps there is no elasticity to them, so when your leg moves around in your boot sometimes there is an impact on your shin/calf. What the booster strap does is ad some elasticity, so when your shin is banging around the tongue has some give to it.

Kind of a basic explanation but you get the point.
