Saga Sizing?

Alright, i did search this and nothing came up dont hate im just asking a question-
So im planning on getting the saga half day vest, and by the looks of it sagas stuff is made kinda tall (or not?) so im wondering if a large with be tall or if i have to get the XL to have it tall, im only like 5,9'? Any advice would be appreciated
 
get xl dude, you wont regret it forsure, 1. if you dont like it after one season you will be able to get your money back or most of it back here on newschoolers 2. too tall is better than too short 3. Bigger is better
 
not the greatest advice ever, but im about that height and got XL jacket, large pants. i have somewhat of a longer upper body though, and i measured it out compared to a 34 inch zipper, it will hit above my knees.
 
i feel like 5'9" is like the mystery height for saga...im in the same boat here and i preordered an XL and now im getting cold feet about it cause ive been seeing all these pics of guys much taller than me where the XL just looks massive...i just sent them an email to see if i could switch at the last second, but im also kinda over my big park phase, i mostly ski bc and shit now, starting to lose the "bigger is better" mentality
 
i think it's pretty obvious that unless you can throw a sw cork 10 in the backcountry then you'll just look like an asshole wearing XL saga at 5'9"
 
same. only its more of a offensive linemen who doesnt work out very often...or fat. im more worried about my pants
