I've Got a Monarch 3L pant, size large colour baker (tan/brown) brand new, not available in the uk, turned up today & don't fit if any one is interested let me know & I can put them on eBay
dont ebay them! large would be too big for me though a mate of mine might be interested, whats wrong with them for you? cause they put all of their sizing on their website
