As I had previously stated, the suits were supposed to ship Dec 15th, even if everything went as planned, this is too late to ship a suit. So yes, they can do something to better these problems for next season.
I need a suit for MYself, if I had gotten a refund it would have taken the same amount of time to get myself into a new suit. And by the time I knew how long the suit would take to get here, there were no suits left in size in any stores.

No, I will not buy Saga again if they don't fix their problems with getting their suits to their customers. If they do, then I will buy another suit from them. And, I will most likely rip the suit on the legs by the end of the season.
