Saga outerwear.. slow shipping or sloppy service?

i orderd my saga suit on december 26th.
its not here yet.
they told me at the begining of january that they got the order and that it will be in around the second week and would be shipped.
i tried contacting them but no one read or replyd to my email. and i dont even know how to cancle the order.

sloppy service?
 
neither. it always takes forever to get saga outerwear. they have a high demand and do not ever make enough. So it seems. there are better out there to help explain. You should have search bar this. prolly would have found your answer.
 
I would have to say that the gear is dope and way worth the wait, there is a lot of behind the scenes in a small company. so it might take a bit longer. But as far as sloppy service, stop hate'n, they always respond

Thats what it says at the top of the outerwear page on the store, chances are they don't have any left right now and getting more made, you can either wait it out or cancel your order. I had an order and they didn't respond to any questions I emailed them about shipping dates but responded pretty quickly to an email about my canceling my order.
