Saga Outerwear options

so I ordered a medium lobster saga about a month ago and just received an email regarding it not coming in time for the holiday season. two questions: if i were to change my order to a large, which i havent done yet, would the jacket come earlier? and if i were to wait it out when would the jacket ship? while im dissapointed i wont get the jacket, atleast yet, saga did a great job of informing me about it so props on that either way. and sorry about not putting it in the 60+ page thread, questions dont usually get answered quickly there and I need the info asap as christmas break is coming up as well as regular skiing. +k as usual for good quick answers
 
I just got my large lobster saga on monday and they ship xl-medium so all the mediums go out last. on sunday i read something on their facebook page how people got emails on their medium saga saying 10 more days until shipment. you should get an email very soon.

They're gonna ship it out but they're behind on shipping and you have 3 options:

1. Keep complaining. See how far that will get you.

2. Settle down and wait. We know it's not at your convenience, but that is the most reasonable way to attain your saga.

3. Ask for a refund. Get different outerwear.
 
im not complaining, im asking a question. did you read my post saying that saga handled it well and let us know quickly? im just wondering when they would ship. problem officer?
 
and people were bashing First Drops shipping issues! this shit happens people but damn after holidays thats like a whole month and a half of skiing without your 400+ suit. that sucks id so pissed, but i would def just go on their website and email them or do the live chat thing they have...thats if they still do that.
