For the scout jacket thats split color, is it more similar to the color the model is wearing, or the color that is shown? Thanks

Yeah that tripped me out. The color the model is wearing is dope.

The actual product images are the most true to color. Some of the pictures with athletes wearing the products are from earlier samples where the color was not correct. The photos with people wearing products are more to show how the product fits and will look on a body, the product images show the best representation of color.

how long will we see the extra 20% off?? i wont be able to order for a few days so..

At least a week or two. But as many know, the more popular items sell out very fast.

Whats the difference between the black denim and darkness color of the monarch pants? I can't see the color difference.

The black denim is made of denim and the darkness is made of the same material as the rest of the pants

This is an appreciation post for Saga. Having been a buyer since 2007 with some absence from the community as of late, taking a first glance at what everyone is beginning to release - this has to be the best season yet. I, personally, find even the FW'15 apparel to be more appealing than what others in the industry are putting out. I can definitely see some older Jiberish roots embedded (something I think we all miss from them..) The tech wear range is huge for the specific market Saga aims at and it's always hard to choose a setup but somehow this season there doesn't seem to be enough ski days to cycle through the fits I want. Living in Los Angeles now, I don't have the opportunity (drought/location/work) to ski as much as I did when living in Colorado, however my 3yr old Shutout will have to be replaced regardless because the Tuxedo is heat. It's cliche to comment on 'growth' but seeing as this entire season should be sold out with respect to every colorway and style, not being able to cop a piece I want only makes me proud. You guys have definitely built a solid name for yourself and *claps* to the design team, keep this shit up - I'm a lifer. Here's to a good season

Will we ever see anything in goretex pro from saga?

That question warrants a 2 part answer.

1: Gore Tex, Gore Tex Pro and Gore Tex Active are all specifc types of treated fabric. The saying t"here's more than one way to skin a cat" comes to mind. There are other ways to create materials equal to the quality of Gore Tex they just can't carry the Gore Tex name. Translation: you might see some materials from Saga in the future that are equal to Gore Tex even though they don't have the label.

2:What does ever mean to you? We have a pretty good idea of what we're going to be offering product wise for the next 3 years. But beyond that...

Will the knuckle puck hoodies be back next year in different colorways?

The reason I ask is I ski baker where it is consistently very wet. I have a monarch 3L and have found that I end up more saturated than my friends in their arcteryx, north face etc. gore tex pro jackets. Im sure there are negative aspects of having something with the Gore Tex stamp (ie cost) but if it provides access to decades of research into the best waterproofing to breathe ability is it worth it? As to number two not sure really what this means to me I just want to continue to support you guys without suffering during baker scuba sessions.

Completely understand where you're coming from. Can't say at this time either way if you will see Saga products featuring Gore Tex in the future. What I was trying to get at with my response is that we are more focused currently on sourcing and developing our own products and technologies that can compete on the same quality level as those with a well-respected brand name.

you said will we ever see Saga with Gore Tex. I was wondering what time frame you were thinking of when you made the statement. If you were thinking next 3 years, slim possibility as we have the basics of product development for each of those years already in the works. But if you're asking will Saga have that type of product in 10 to 20 years? there is no way to tell. All I can say is that we try every year to elevate the quality of our materials and products all while keeping our core customers needs and wants in mind.

Awesome, I wish you the best in your r & d process, I know it is costly and time consuming. What I really want (and I know this is mildly impossible) is a jacket as waterproof as pvc coated or rubber materials with breathability so I don't get soaked from the inside. Oh and a golf shirt for the summer so I can bring some cheeseburger steeze to the country club but that is a different story.

I would buy the fuck out of a saga golf shirt if it were a dri fit type material and had a slim (doesn't need to be tall, just slim) fit
