Saga jacket problem.

my saga jackat is getting a little messed. not for skiing tho.

the velcro that covers the zipper keeps sticking to the fabric and is pulling the fibers out. so now around the velcro it is fuzzy.

anyone else have this problem? should i tell saga about this?
 
I have the same problem too, around the wrist cuffs gets fuzzy when it rubs with the velcro on my gloves. Theres a few other spots too, basically were ever there is velcro or anything rubbing, like jacket material on itself, also on the wrists were the wrist velcro rubs when you walk and your hands brush your hips
