Saga: Got confirmation but USPS tracking no updates for 2 weeks.

Got my shipping confirmation for my jacket two weeks ago, shipping to Canada. Checked USPS every once in a while and still NO updates to my tracking details. Anyone else had the same problem with USPS not updating shipping? Or could it be that my jacket is stuck somewhere?
Just need to figure this out so I know whether I should be worried or if it could be that my outerwear is shipping just without tracking being updated.

USPS doesnt do tracking to my knowledge. Its just a confirmation # to prove it was shipped, and then to prove it was delivered.
