Saga/Backcountry Warranty

I bought an Anomie jacket through Backcountry in November. The insides of both sleeves have ripped, one of the cuffs at the end of the sleeves, and the 2L material on the other sleeve. I first contacted Saga who told me I'd need to go through Backcountry for a warranty. Backcountry told me I'd need to go through Saga. NS, how would you reccomend getting this resolved? Thanks!

if saga told you to go through backcountry I'd start buying stuff from companies that stand behind their products instead of expect backcountry to do that for them!

this is such a piece of crap customer service to tell you "go talk to backcountry"

OR, Patagonia, Flylow, Arcteryx would promptly fix or replace no question, no doubt!

If you buy a product through an outside retailer you always go through that retailer for the warranty. It's a pretty standard process across almost every commercial industry known to man.

Not always, you can warranty a patagonia jacket through patagonia directly and they will never ask you when or where you got it, not need to go through a retailer!

It doesn't matter what other companies do because what saga is doing is standard procedure, they aren't a bad company for it.

Get your head out of your ass, this thread has nothing to do with patagonia but you bring it up I'm every damn post.
