Im 5'5" and snowboard, so i dont love really tall jackets either. I bought a Medium saga jacket because the length on the sizing chart seemed about right.. when i got it the length was okay..maybe a little shorter than id love, but the width (the area under your armpits especially) was so tight... If you are a skinny kid (which im not nessicarily) i think it would fit you... PM me if your interested it is a Saga Murda mystery brand new with tags from this year...i'd hook you up
