So i got my new jacket in the mail about 2 weeks ago, i got 4 days on the hill with it. and i hung it with the rest of my stuff to dry and after about an hour i smelt something burning.. so i went over to my gear and looked at my jacket and the zipper melted to the jacket at the bottom..

i was super pissed off that this happened and i looked at the warranty and i dought its covered..

i looked at getting the sipper replaced with a metal one but its so expensive..

Zippers spontaniously combusting deffinately sounds like a warranty problem.

I didnt even realize the plastic zipper until it melted into shit

Where exactly did you hang this jacket up to dry? Zipper's don't just melt at room temperature...
