Saddleback will be open this season

hell yeah, the place looks sick. Really similar park setup to sugarbush with the double chair. Gonna be hard choosing between there and loaf this year.
 
Heard about the closing, great to see that they'll be back up and running this season! Might try to make a trip, looks like a great mountain to ski.

The tree skiing at saddleback blows the loaf out of the water, probably the best in the state. Also the vibe is very sick, but who knows how that will change with the new owners

The loaf might be toy capital, but saddleback is for the true OGs
 
Heard that the double might be replaced with a quad, but still some sick terrain to get into up there. Really great someone finally noticed it's potential

They are replacing Rangley with a quad and the T-bar with a faster T-bar (700 fpm wtf???)

T-bars are pretty sweet but 700fpm sounds like a little bit much. maybe I'm wrong but I think thats a little faster than a regular fixed grip chair. Faster lift ride on a budget?
 
Yeah I thought it sounded fast, I guess they've got some new tech or something. I bet it won't run full speed most of the time.

ive been rewatching a lot of there YouTube page recently, can't wait to ski there.
