In the newest Transworld mag there was an interview trying to get his say in if he really is destroying the essence of skating, and of course he says no. A lot of shit was said about his show is just fun for him so he does it, although many say he is giving the false perception of what being a pro skater is really like. I watch the show, although am not a big fan of him, although when he said there is going to be a lot more skating in season 2 that is a big load of shit. this weeks episode had no skating. well, what do you guys think? what are your views on the guy, and is he really destroying the essence of skating?

hes liike a baby back bitch, all he does is complain...i hate that show...its said that the best shoe Rob and Big has to wait to come on after that peice of shit for a show...and i hate the flashbacks and the narrations....it is FUCKING GAY...
 
yeah i'd rather watch repeats of rob and big. buuuuuuuuut im positive that 14 year old girls LOVE watching the drama filled life of a pro skater which is probably the only reason its still on
 
This is how I feel about all reality TV shows. That shit just drives me nuts. My own problems are just as interesting, (if not more interesting) than theirs because they involve me!

hell yeah they should, i was watching episodes of this the one day and all it is, is him bitching about his rents' divorce and him saying "it was all his fault" he bitches about everything and crys if he doesn't get what he wants.SHECKLER IS A BITCH.
 
I think he not ruining skating because people that can't afford to skateboard can watch the show and be interest in skating then want to buy a skateboard. I don't like him and he is cocky.

it is the gayest show in the world i dont care about his dad going out with another lady like a day after the divorce and i dont care about his fucking relastionships he is ruining skateboarding
 
They should make a show about the poor skaters in Mexico who fucking kill it at skateboarding out of the pure love of it, I'd put my life on that some of those kids are better and ballsier than that bitch Sheckler, yet few of them will ever get a sponsor. Show how even though they have real problems they still all get together and skate. How about some real fucking reality not this bullshit of some fucking brat complaining about his sugar-coated life.

just like any sport. but he is good and he makes a shit ton of money. take that all away and he would still skate.

the show is called the life of ryan, not the skating of ryan.
 
i love how he bitches that he cant get his "girl of his dreams", but yet he has a big ass decked out house, a new 80,000$ rover on 24's, and gets to travel the world skating for a job. hes a bitch. and the name tattooed across the back is queer as fuck i don't care what you say, is it in case you forget you name,so you can look in a mirror and remember it?

i always thought he was the man until his show. He used to be that not talkative kid that would just go out there and throw down hard. Then he got his show and now its just ridiculous. All he does is try to get girls and has a delilima about it, which is bullshit. Lets be serious if your making that much money you could pull any girl you would want. Then all he does when he does get a girl is complain about his parents divorce and how its fucking up his life, now i bet thats hard, but its just bullshit how much he talks and complains about them. Then he complains about how everything is ruining him from his job of "being the greatest skater to ever live." If you ask me, i would have no problem beating the shit outta him.
 
the only reason hes still on is because its mtv and all the girls and all the queers think hes so uberly amazing because hes hot. i still hate mtv, for life.
 
whenever he meets his dad he's always talking to him over a desk like he's being interviewed for a job. and his dad is a jock.
 
i hate that show. Ryan Sheckler used to be a sick skater then his balls dropped off the face of the earth. THe only reason that show is still on is cause girls like to watch the drama, especially when ryan takes his shirt off.
 
I have a feeling though that he may be the one laughing at all of us. He makes a bullshit show where he just stages a bunch of shit and acts dramatic and makes a shit ton of money off of it.

However that could be entirely wrong.
