Rails Under Stars Saturday the 20th. If you want to compete talk to one of the park guys in orange. There will probably be a tryout for people who are not pre-qualified on Friday at 1pm. Setup was going to be at the bottom of ambush, but do to lack of snow "big green" and surrounding rails will probably be the the gameplan for Saturday night.
 
assuming that wasn't a joke...
say you were to park your car and ride the gaper train to the main entrance. you know the stairs you walk up that are in between the huntley and the mountain mall...
the big green hand rail that goes down the center of the stairs, its a double barrel with some space in between.
 
the one that's on the outside of the guest services and ski school/rental building? is that the quad kink you're thinking?
 
yah, park crew moved that flat bar over by the magic carpet and where the tube park goes...
qualifiers will be saturday at 1pm on that rail is what they told me today...
 
props to the park crew for doin WORK yesterday... shit is LEGIT, definitely gonna be a kick ass time. big green is gonna get slayed, can't wait... see you all up there tonight! and yes, bring much whiskey
 
SO fucking cold. but it was a pretty good time, my jacket got locked in one of the hilll condos so i was cold as balls.

the set up was super legit, who was the skier that was big time killing it?
 
i will be honest i was pretty damn disappointed with RUST this year! it was a cool setup but come on....they do a jam format...no judging... no finals...and they dont announce a winner or throw out swag....BIG sky at its best...putting on a pretty pathetic event! mcchesnuts and a few of his homies killed it though!!! LEARN HOW To throw a rail jam and it will be fucking sick! announce winners and keep the crowd into it!
