Run out the clock in x games

Say your in x games jam session style and you’re the last guy in the rotation and in first place. But there’s like 3 minutes left on the clock could you just ski really slowly big s turns the whole way down to run out the clock and win? Why has nobody done this like fuck integrity sportsmanship all that get that gold
 
This is fucked for many reasons.. but I can see that you're thinking a lot about it and I respect that. But imagine you were a pro, sponsored af, Skilled enough to be in a serious comp as Xgames, and riding with people in the same boat as you, some of whom are probably your homies. Then you pull some lame-ass shit like that just to get a medal.. Xgames doesn't invite you back, sponsors loose interest cause obviously.. and your eqyuals and former peers don't give any respect.

TL;DR Don't be a tool cause people wont like you
 
This can’t happen cause everybody gets the same number of runs in the end no matter the clock, so if your standing at the top and your the start of the rotation with 3 mins and run it out to 0, every body behind you will still get 1 last run

He's clearly talking about if you already layed down an almost perfect run, and want to run the clock so they only get one more shot.
 
Everyone would start hating you. Is that really worth it? And your career in pro skiing would likely get a lot worse because sponsers don't want to be associated with a dick and drop you
