So ruby hill is officially open. I am going tomorrow and shall bring back some info on the set-up. Discuss.

It's pretty fucking sweet for being free and 2 miles away school.

A bunch of boxes with ride on lips, an urban down rail and this odd rail-ish thing was the setup the other night.

I really want to go but I left my skis in Vail :( The thought even went through my head, "Why would I need my skis in Denver?", then right when I got home I saw it was open on the news. I will definitely be hitting it up a lot though.

i would really like to hit this up when i come into denver tomorrow...except i sprained my knee today and im supposed to stay off skis for 3-4 days and not hit anything but groomers for like a week after that...
bummer...next time im in town though

yeah...went there today. It's sick for free and close. It's littered with boxes, all with lips onto them. One "down box" you have to pop onto and one flat rail thingy with 2 rails off the side. I'll be there thursday and friday afternoon most likely.

lights stay on till i think. theres a long skinny urban down box, wide flat down box, wide down box, flat rail with small benchs on each side kinda, and two other flat boxes that are wide. ill be back tonight for sure theres some good shit to learn on and 2 bigger boxes

Hell yea. Any one know the hours and days of operation? I'll be sessioning that on the regular

pretty much whenever the sun rises till around 10:30 when the lights go out. its just open boxes and rails on the hill, its not too organized

i might go monday or sunday, will probably take some pics and maybe some video. will post it when i get the chance

Ruby Hill is lighted till 9pm, have been there a few times now - super close to DU!!! It's pretty fun, all of the features are ride on though except for a little flat rail and an urban down box.
