Just curious to see if anyone knows if/when Ruby will be opening this year.

well considering the denver area has only received around 7/8 inches of snow total, not for a while

Doesn't have anything to do with snowmaking, which is what Ruby Hill is all about. Denver never gets enough snow to sustain that without snowmaking. If you Google Ruby Hill Denver it says on the front page that it opens this month.

because I really REALLY love the snow, plus driving around neighborhoods in my subie is super fun. but I'm glad ruby is opening soon, it's in walking distance from my house haha

Totally agree about driving in the snow, haha. I love Ruby too, it makes a great stop if I'm around the Denver area. Usually a great vibe too.
