Ruapehu Park????

Anyone skiied Ruapehu lately? who has the better park Turoa or Whakapapa? Also what features do they have? im heading down tomrow... the weather looks shit as usual though....
 
Skied whakapapa 5 days ago. They don't have their park built yet. Turoa does have one. It's small and the features are pretty tame but its ok.
I'd go turoa if I was you, I personally prefer the terrain and as mentioned, the park's better.
 
yea and whakapapa like never ends up with a decent park even at the end of the season. go to turoa... their park is waay better.
 
Whakapapa usually builds some massive (80+ foot) kickers in the valley at the end of the season. Apparently Turoa's XL park is open now.
