Roxa vs. Dalbello

i am trying to decide between the roxa R3 110 and the Dalbello lupo AX 120.

if anyone has any positive or negative experiences with either of these boots let me know, as well as recommendations for other similar boots.

Try both on if you can the fits are very different. I have an R3 130 and used to own the AX HD (same as the AX 120 just a different tongue). The R3 is more narrow and lower volume, but has a decent toe box. The Ax 120 is a very generous medium volume and 100mm wide compared to the R3s 99 and lower volume (still mid volume, the Ax is just super generous). Personally I hate the way that Dalbello boots flex, to me it’s very one-dimensional as opposed to a progressive flex (pretty much to me it feels like flexing into a brick wall, where the R3 is progressive so it flexes and then becomes stiffer the more you flex into it). What are you using the boots for? What boots have you owned previously that you liked? Boots you didn’t like?

Could someone tell how the toe box is compared to Dalbello? Ive skied Krypton's and Lupo's in ever model. Strolz liners. My only issue have been to get the big toe spaced out enough. And with the Grilamid it goes back in a couple of months.

Do Roxa have more big toe room?

(Less curved in/rounded toe box? More Atomic b-tec shaped?)

Cheers

My R3 has a super generous toe box, and given that the liners are intuition you can mold it to have more or less room depending on what you need. The shell is also fully heat moldable. I’d say on the Roxa the toe box is more generous overall (length height and width) than the Lupo
