Rossignol s7 help! +k

I am 5'8" and 140lbs and this is my second year on skis (from a snowboarding). I normally ride a 171mm park ski. Do you guys think I would be able to handle my dads 188mm Rossi S7s in the pow. My dad says I would be fine since they are fairly rockerd and twins. What do you guy think.

If you're super aggressive- I'd agree with your dad. Though they still might feel a little long in some aspects if you're 5'8".

Im 5'8 140lbs.. I ski a 178 S7 I can handle it fine.. you can probably pull off a 188, but it will be a bit tougher to turn

I am your exact same size and demoed those skis that size on a pretty decent pow day and i could handle them pretty well so, I can imagine you could as well. I was in pow mostly though not too much hardpack skiing.
