Rossignol S3 BC 2010

I have got a question about the rossignol S3 BC 2010. I can get them for $200 and I was wondering if they are a good do it all ski. Are they good for pow and how are they on groomers. First i was looking for the K2 kung fujas 2011 but maybe these are a good alternative. And what binding is the best for this ski. I can get them with rossignol 140 xl bindings for $320, or should I go for marker griffon schizo's for the same price?

Definitely get the FKS but there are many places that you can get FKS 140s for cheaper than 320.

The $320 is for the ski including the FKS. But are they a good do it all ski?
